NovaCat was pretty good :0 better than I expected

@@battlemech Love the Cobra Cat with set of 8 and four ERPPC's. On top of -10% cooldown and heat you get a bunch of good mobility bonuses and combined with speedtweak that Cat's really good at nimbly poking in and out of cover, twisting to avoid damage, etc. ^^
