Now I know from this video to download my pages / cover as PDF before I upload to Kindle platform. My question, how do I change the size from 8.5 x 11 to 8.5 x 8.5 (Square shape). Is that in another video tutorial?

I once posted a comment asking about the possibility of Kittl providing us with the chance to gather more than one page into a single pdf, so first I would like to thank you for adding this feature, I’m looking forward to publishing my next book on Amazon KDP having total control over the layout of its interior. And now my question: how to let Kittl know the order in which I expect the pages to be considered in the formation of the pdf? Is it the order in which the artboards are created? Tks again Drew
Hey there! Yes, it is the order in which you create the artboards. It is typically easiest to re-organize them after you download them in Acrobat's organize pages feature, especially if you will be testing out different options and adding things on the fly.
I have a question. How come when I download the file and enter into printify the graphic looks a little blurry. But in kittl it’s perfect on the outlines and everything? I’m using 300 dpi
Hey there! If you download the file and open it on your computer and it looks fine, then there should be no issue. Perhaps Printify is taking a while to load in the graphic correctly.
When would we click on or use the Optimize Quality feature? I use it regularly but I noticed you didn't use it at all. Is their a specific purpose or rule for this application?
Great question! The Optimize Quality feature is great for smoothing out the corners of pixels when you export your design, best for printing on large format mediums like a poster over 24" or even larger, such as table banners, signs, and things like that.
Love all these helpful videos Drew. I am running into a problem though. I have the Pro plan that allows 100 designs. I have that many designs already and need to upgrade to Expert but now things have slowed down in the designing phase as far as lag time. In the beginning things were instant. Now when my project loads after clicking on it there is about a 10 second lag time before it opens and when i hold alt and drag to copy a design there is also about a 10 second delay. It may not sound like much but it is extremely frustrating and is a lot of wasted time when designing for hours. I almost cringe when opening Kittl excited about a new design idea and remember I'm going to have to deal with the lag time. I am worried about the future when i have a thousand designs or more like Cassie Johnson. I wanted to ask have you heard this problem before from other subscribers? Could it be I need to buy a better faster computer? Thanks for any advice.
Hey there! A few thoughts on this: Recently we did have some lag and delay issues while we updated our cloud systems to better store data. In addition, Chrome seems to be having extremely frequent updates on a weekly basis, which we also have to keep up with and make sure our program is working with each new iteration they bring. Secondly, we do have a current issue with lag when it comes to having multiple images in a project, and we are currently working on a solution to allow more seamless editing when it comes to moving large images (PNG/JPEG) around in the artboard. So this may be causing some of your issue. Lastly, I would consider parsing out some of your design projects with multiple artboards within the same project. Now with multiple artboards, you don't have to start a brand new project for another design. You can iterate, change, add, delete, and whatever else from within one project, which should help you clean up some of the separated projects. Of course, you are welcome to continue creating one design per project if you wish. In terms of needing a new computer, we cannot discern for you, as Kittl primarily works on strong WIFI signal, but of course stronger and faster, newer computers pick up signal better, but this will all depend on what you need! Hope this helps.

We are currently working on some solutions that will make that work! We don't know for certain when, but it is on our minds!

Sure thing! Simply download them at the size you need, and upload them to Printful. We do not have a direct integration if that is what you are asking about.

What do you mean “it downloads to my downloads”…is there a section,folder, location called Downloads in Kittle.?
Downloads on your computer! Wherever your downloads folder is, that is where things downloaded from Kittl will go.
Same way I am trying to download a pdf but it is not downloading, it's already been 3 days since I tried it.
Hey there! There is a box you can select to download your PDFs as 1 document, vs all separately. It is in the downloads panel once you select PDF.
