Rosé with English is different person.
Rosé is a natural. She's smart. She's confident. She's articulate and eloquent. That, you can't acquire just by being fluent in a certain language. Doesn't have to do with a person's first or acquired language. By saying that she's only smart and good at communicating because English is her first language is like a down play for smart multilingual people who can properly communicate even after acquiring a new language. It's like downplaying their intelligence cause their speaking a different language. Her confidence is natural whether she's speaking hangul or English. Her korean interviews whether on print(magazines and the likes) or on broadcast shows her humor and wit that goes well along with her eloquence and being smart. The fact that she could build close relationship with people after meeting them for the first time whether in Korea or Abroad shows that she knows how to actually "communicate",and that is why she's a natural when it comes to expressing her thoughts whether she's speaking Korean or English language.
