How to reset Ford Fiesta 2015 Engine Service Light

I have a Ford Fiesta and I am going to demonstrate how to reset the Engine Service ( yellow wrench 🔧 ) which should usually have been done by the mechanic during service.
Turn the engine light on but not the ignition by rotating the key by one click. Press the accelerator and brake pedals together for 20 seconds. The yellow wrench will disappear.

How do i change the date the service reminder comes up in display.
Just bought a fiesta and done a full service. The service light isn't displayed and wasn't displayed, i just like to do a full service so i jnow it was done.

I think it has a default mileage after last reset, after which it comes on.
