In DFA transiiton table if we add two states q1 and q2 before the state {q1,q2} and after that we will do union of both the states to get the {q1,q2} ...will the DFA get affected coz of adding two extra states q1, q2 in transition table

The state which has arrow mark towards that state will be considered as initial state and the state which has double circle will be considered as final state.
