This is now quite old and I came to this vid by a circuitous route. However I absolutely love Andrew Scott. He is a magnificent actor on all levels as well as devilishly handsome. Tragic that I had no possibility to see his version with Dominique of Angels in America. I was far from cinema life when Pride appeared but I believe I saw it early 2016 by chance. I was visiting a half sister in ghastly usa and there was a movie channel at the hotel. I had no idea what it was especially as there was another film of the same title which I discovered when I googled Pride to know what it was and came up with a totally different film. I was totally enraptured by the film. It had so many actors that I have long admired some since half a lifetime. When I realised it was based on a true story and read the info captioned at the end I could only cry my eyes out. It was a rare moment in time and one could only wish that all people could step out of their bigotry and into their humanity as those people did. A brilliant film which was brutally honest, at times painful and heartfelt film in addition to some delightful humour as only can be done in that film making section of this planet.
lilla_lollis Well, I don't know where in Sweden you are, but I think it's showing in all the major cities! Seems to be going well, too - I just went to see it for the second time today, and it was sold out.
Watched this film and fell line love with it, it was fantastic
“When you’re kind, you have a better sense of peace...” Ugh, Andrew, you sweet, heavenly boy❤️ (and Pride is such a fantastic film.)
I think this is a first interview that i actually see the actor giving a hand after the interview rather then just walking away....
Sabrina V right!
