I remember my old mum making a meat and potato pie that was delicious. Served with garden peas and a thick onion gravy. The meat was mince and the potato was cubed about half the size of what you did here. The pastry was shortcrust IIRC. Could that work in an air fryer? All the best.

Absolutely we have done lots of pies in the air fryer as well as cubed potatoes and mince. And ramekins are good for cute little pies or mini pie dishes.
