Well, you combine some strong units with synergies. For starters it is recommended to focus on one archetype - so it depends on what you already have and what you wanna build towards (Sleep/Poison/Burn/Stealth etc)

Is the dark cleopatra info outdated? Dark cleopatra does not have the moves you mention. Are there multiple dark cleopatras?
Sort of, “Dark Cleopatra” is actually earth Cleo. “Cleopatra” is Dark Cleo. Two different characters.

All of them except Hijikata are in the list, so you can check the analysis on them in the video. The answer is Musashi though
