Not a fan of either of these teams but cannot understand the call of the touch judge at 3:15, he's standing right there and calls touch when his feet are nowhere near the line, can only assume he thought his body was out but then how does he offload it? Poor work.
It's lucky for Saracens that the call was made. Ended up getting a penalty try, 30 seconds later, after the touchline scuffle. Also an Exeter yellow card and red card. Terrible call helped them get a bonus point.
Can someone explain to me how white got away with throwing the scrum half out of the way and playing the ball on saracens scrum at the 5m line? I was lost at that point.
And how did that bad call impact the teams? Penalty to Sarries from the scuffle, and had a panalty try 30 seconds later, and an Exeter yellow. No need for Farrell to kick for a losing bonus point. Sarries should be thankful for that poor call.
@@jakem834 If you're winning trophies just by breaking the rules to buy/produce the England squad then it's not fair to the other clubs who buy or produce their players within the financial regulations. Of course the best young players will go to the club that will pay them highest so it's no wonder they contribute so much.
Mauls are so messy these days somethning needs to be done both teams are conning the ref and my view is the ref just guesses or favours the attacking team when it comes to giving penalties
Sorry Wayne... you bottled it. Two relatively minor offences by HW = 2 yellows (harsh but fair enough) Then 6 (six) final warnings to BV and constant backchat from OF = penalty try to $arrie$... ?
I'm impartial, if anything prefer Exeter, but the chiefs got away with a lot of blatant stuff at the breakdown especially on their try line. Multiple 'turnovers' produced by just lying on the ball. And a couple of knock ons 'unseen'
@@gbrent2973 I saw it too. Exeter created zip. Not enough to even be worthy of a 10 second edit in a highlights clip. A match Saracens lost rather than a match Exeter won.
Col Harris Knucklehead. I’m not a Sarries supporter. Don’t care who wins, just think that it would be a good law to change and it’s a relevant point here considering how many times they were held up over the line.
This wasn't just a victory for Exeter Chiefs it was a victory for English Rugby!
chillout man
@@HarrisonMontgomery Chill out nothing. Saracens are a bunch of cheating bastards.
the womble mad because poor
Sad indeed if Exeter are the pinnacle of English Rugby. Long live Saracens 🐺🐺🐺

as per usual, the overall standard of reffing in union is appauling
Saracens got the penalty anyway

This was the moment, we proved that we’re the top dogs of the league
No paid to win needed with Exeter Chiefs!
Tackle of the year in the closing minutes of the first half!!
no one going to mention that Owen Farrell missed two penalties from close range in the first half
Yep...and not hard kicks
Exeter kick ass line speed, counter rucks, fun to watch...cant stand Saracens
Watch all premiership from United States...love Exeter....cant stand Farrell, Itoje, Vunipolas...lol😁
I love Exeter as a team and respect how good they are, but how you can find their rugby entertaining is beyond me. It's catastrophically boring.
quite a strong wind tho
Not quite sure how Taylor is able to pull opposing players down on the wrong side of the maul.
Blud how do you get three cards and still win a game
Damn. Chiefs are on another level.

Barnes missed a truck-and-trailer in the first Saracens try. Oh dear.
What was that PT all about then
Some years ago in France (maybe a Toulouse or Racing-player) got a red card in the bench because he hindered a quick throw-in.
Does anyone have the clip of billy mouthing barnes?
Taylor was clearly not out thats poor from touchline ref

I thought White was MOM he was involved in everything he ran the show for Exeter
Sarries are everything wrong the game and deserve relegation for their antics. Well done Chiefs for putting them in their place.
I agree. Creating a strong academy system and contributing to English rugby is awful.

Would be nice if one day BT Sport offered choice of commentators.
No surprise here,
Mr Barnes must be a Sarries fan. Always good to see the premier league cheats beaten though.
Daddies need a better back line

HW was one YC for blatant in at the side and a straight RC for VC from the bench, not 2 YC
You don't see the women's game turn into a free for all punch up probably because they use their adrenaline on the pitch & not off it
Yeah , probably, mmm, etc.
Lmao what a tussle. Shame about that offload though...
Lost all respect for a ref I had always admired
I had never admired Wayne Barnes
What did he get wrong?

They shouldn't even be in the premiership.
Was a good game! Check out my latest video
Yallah bismillah Allahu Akbar. Sarracens the best
@Captain Insano Shows no mercy Sarracens touched by Allah. And they will win forever
Should Exeter have lost a player due to someone not on the field being sent off?
David Howells were they not already down to 14? He was in the sin bin with a yellow
@@thecuttingsark5094 No - Williams' yellow card was in the first half.
David Howells I think it was a second yellow. I could be wrong, didn’t see the whole game.
I think it gets tricky when it's not someone actually playing. I think this was just disciplinary
Dave 101 I think he got sent off in the same way that a coach could, can’t be pitch side and probably gets a ban as well
Just as I remembered. Exeter literally created no try chances other than their skill-free pick&go routine.
Who cares love to see sarries lose
Really... so their first try wasn't a brilliant kick and chase by #9 from SAR loose ball? Must have been dreaming that....

One simple law change and Sarries would have won the game.
What law change?
Liam Bradley in the In Goal area, tackler must role away.
