Don't the Americans know the conversion is easily available on google ? Just Type '240c to f' and the result will appear. Aren't they taught in high school the simple formula C/5=(F-32)/9 ? Just put the value of either Centigrade or Fahrenheit and find the other by calculation.

Yes you can. I ferment for about 2 hours in oven with light on, till double in size, then I put it in fridge to use the next day. Better flavor.
