Nice tutorial. I have to replace my 2021 ram classic front bumper. So I will buy one out of market, paint it and replace it. I will repair the old one and sell it used. It’s easier for me to buy one than repair my broken bumper in one shot. It would took me 3 days without front bumper while I repaired and paint my old one.

The only thing that seems to be a challenge is getting those four bolts out, two on each side,that you have to feel around for. Would you be able to see them, and get to them easier if the headlights were pulled? I’ve had my headlights out before, don’t mind doing it if it would help
I think removing the headlight would help to see further into the fender. I think our installer just looked awkward doing it because he had to leave room for me to film. I think If I wasn't filming, he would definitely be under the wheel well looking at the holes. Good luck to you!

I believe this was a PX8/DX8 Black. You should be able to find the color code in your glove compartment. It is necessary, but the grille is super easy to take off. There are clips or a couple screws right under the grille that need to be removed. Thank you for watching!
This bumper has two indentions for the license plate. You have to make the holes with the screw or use a drill bit then insert the screws by hand. Some customers like the look without the license plate, so we asked and added them off camera. Good luck and thanks for watching!

Hi Daniel, sorry we haven't actually done this swap at our shop yet so we can't tell you for sure what you'd need. I know there have been a few customers who got rid of all the chrome on their truck completely and said they made it work, but I'm not sure exactly what was needed in the process. Sorry we can't be of more help!

If I want to remove just that bumper cover. Do I need to remuve the grill??? Seems like it just slid out.
