I know they do, but obviously it’s rare, but it made me worry that I was having some kind seizure or something because it was such an unusual symptom of an anxiety attack
You're the only person I've found who has experienced that same hand freezing thing too. Sometimes when it happens during a panic attack it gets to the point where it hurts. It feels good knowing I'm not crazy/alone in that
Have you tried The Class with Taryn Toomey? It’s a workout class full of chest openings and breathwork and by the end I’m always in tears. Feels very good. Happy tears and just a good release of tension.

I’ve had all 3 versions. It really depends on what you want it for. If you’re looking for the best activity tracker I wouldn’t say it’s the Oura. I’m more interested in sleep quality, hrv, heart rate, recovery etc. For those purposes it’s amazing. That being said they do continue to improve the software and the activity tracker portion has greatly improved.
Another amazing drink (warm) is hot water, fresh lemon or lime juice, a ginger shot or pressed ginger, with agave / liquid sweetener of choice if you desire. SO good. I love adding in my Sakara beauty drops to that one as well:)

Tiktok is so wild. I don't even make any videos but I commented on a video where a guy said his daughter's name is Marie and I commented asking how they chose her name and I got literally over 50 comments mad at me and roasting me saying how rude I am and how my name is so much worse than Marie. Meanwhile, my middle name is Marie and they're all roasting my name in defense of Marie, when Marie is also my name! lol. I only asked because it's super common and a lot of girls I know with the name had a family connection. It was such an innocent question on my own name and everyone attacked me. It was so wild that it's been months and I still think about it. Another time I commented on a post that saved some dog from the street and groomed it and as a dog lover and someone that volunteers for pet shelters, I thanked them for what they did in taking care of the dog. Again, so many boys started replying to my nice comment saying "cap," mocking my appearance and calling me a fat and ugly gorilla (I don't even post??), and so many other bizarre comments. Tiktok isn't safe for anybody and it makes it so much less enjoyable. We shouldn't be made to feel scared to make a post or comments.
