Pumpkin Head, the tornado guys (aka Komataro), the fire-spitters (Botchan), and the two goblin boss (Big Noses) all gave me mental scars as a kid lol. This game is such a gem and deserves much more recognition!
You wanna talk scars. In the "3rd" game, and I don't know if my rom was just damaged or what, but half of the big nose minions were invisible and it took me soooo long to figure out why I was just randomly dying.
@InfiniteComboReviews I had that same experience when I was setting up an all-in-one arcade cabinet a few years back! For me it was both the big nose enemies AND half the fireballs the bosses spat, the fight was a nightmare
