Aloha, I went to the website and found none of the "How to do" on anything. The instructions that came with my package are extremely minimal. And nothing about using a laptop to program or anything you show in this video.
Must be a different package because mine only came with the start gate, 2 wires, a lame remote and the finish timer. No cars, no tool, nothing other than the start/finish and connection cables.
All I found on the website is products to buy and how he made a hot wheels remote car. No manuals, no How To.
It's a great product but nothing I can do with it except hit the start button.
