I’ve been wanting some drills that would help me become more streamlined throughout my whole freestyle stroke. Thanks for sharing. I work on perfecting these drills dropping my time will definitely be the evidence that these were the key to help me swim faster.
I only do one freestyle drill, which is the catch up drill. I can do every drill you list here, except for the underwater recovery, which I cover with the over arm side stroke I swim. I do use a snorkel when I do this drill, and fins. One problem with the fins you are using. I can't understand why any one makes the traditional "frog" feet. We do not have flat feet like frogs or ducks, ours are 3 dimensional. Ideal foot position for flutter kick and dolphin kick is to be toed in/pigeon toed about 30 or so degrees which gives us 10 to 20 more degrees of toe point (very handy for those of us who have stiff ankles), and we can use the side of our foot for more surface area compared to the gymnastic type toe point. The Finis Positive Drive fins are the only ones that do this. Very little fin on the big toe side, and lots of fin on the little toe side. Much better than the flat frog feet.
Got it!
Thanks for sharing 🤙🏼
Absolute pleasure ❤
Noted coach 😊
Thank you 😊
Will 100% use these
Love this video! Really appreciate your efforts in helping us to be a better swimmer. I am enthusiastically waiting for a similar video on backstroke.
My absolute pleasure! Stay tuned for backstroke 🙏🏼
