I never forced him to say it, I just said that I had feelings for him and that's it he then told me that he also feels something ❤
They deny it because they are afraid. It scares the Hell out of them. It's a strong indicator that they actually are your Twin.
When they are trying to create emotional distance, they will deny their feelings to try to convince themselves, or you or both. Mine is a married therapist and will sometimes try to string together a word salad rather than simply say the warm, sweet things she has said at other times.

He doesn’t even deny. Sometimes i think it would be so much easier if he would just say he doesn’t love me. But he refuses to say it, no matter how much i have tried to get him to say it. But he also refuses to say that he does love me. 😢
The mirror exercise can help you heal this. For step one you want to look at how you feel when he doesn't express how he feels.

I’m finally operating from a place of Us internally and mentally and externally. When I said that over the phone he even started laughing; he is mirroring me to see if my emotional compass from within is still stuck on pain or joy. I notice anxiety rises within me when I go to call my twin. It’s like im anxious to talk to Myself because what words can I actually say to Myself besides I love you and have a great day: the human relationship conversations feel strange because it’s like what will my twin flame and I actually talk about? I rather speak about the universe with him.

Mine unfortunately is a narcissist. Not purposefully evil, but did develop that pathology and a sociopathic way of survival that includes lying, using, etc. I am a naturally born empath, but I also developed a similar pathology due to a childhood of invalidating emotional neglect, though not to the extent of being an actual narcissist. I did have a lot of narcissistic traits and tendencies that it took me years to finally recognize, and it was indeed from analyzing his issues that mirrored mine to me. I saw the narcissism in him that I couldn't see in me, and I mirrored the emotional depth to him that he couldn't face in himself. We haven't been together in nearly 20 years and I believe he is a more conscious narcissist now, but idk if we will ever associate with eachother directly again. I have chosen not to re-enter his life at this point.
It is wonderful that you have chosen and found healing. Your Twin Flame will always reflect your healing. Always have boundaries where needed, and until trust is built, even with your Twin Flame. You can absolutely heal separation and have a healthy, loving Union, and even come into Harmonious Union, if that is what you desire.
Was married to a narcissist for 20 years . The trauma bond can make us feel they are a twin. A soul mate for sure. An opportunity for deep growth to ready you for the twin. It was for me. Consider.

My twin flame told me he wasn't in love 16 years ago....he cried harder breaking up with me than any other man has. 16 years later I am only realizing he is my twin flame. About five months ago, I cut out drinking. Out of nowhere the telepathy started...it was like he was in the room with me....the repeating numbers exploded, seeing his name everywhere... then I got a call to cat sit in Sarasota... there is an infinity statue down the street. Angel numbers everywhere, especially 333 . Lizards everywhere... I even saw a small black (harmless) snake in my path which i learned are both twin flame symbols. There is a building named after the city he lives in, and a bar named after him (he's a bartender). I even got a part time job out here and ended up having the exact same work schedule.... back when we were dating there were so many synchronicities that I brushed off as coincidence. During the 16 years of separation, we had interesting synchronistic events also. I can feel he loves me and if it's going to be a 5D thing, that's ok!
Maybe the real Twin will show up soon.

No they cannot. They are you, so being with your Twin Flame is actually really peaceful. If it feels like they are too much that can be healed with the mirror exercise.
It’s difficult to know what I can do to give myself love where I need it..it’s that step of the exercise that I struggle with 😕

What about when your twin flame rejected you in my case before I got to tell her how I felt? I was wanting a chance to be friends first but she still noticed attachment and still wanted to be friends.

Mine I feel like is in revenge mode cuase she try everything for 3 years I dint notice not things switch to the opposite and she telling all the exact things I used to tell her how can some one deny something that they try to convince me for 3 years I notice 4 months ago .keeps wanting me to visit her all the time and ask for favors all day make me thinks she realizing then go back it's driving me crazy

Never no tel me but i can see in his eyes and loking me when he thinking no can see him and in his atitude .protective and very empath in the worst moment from me life . Yes ,have moments when is very cold and disapear and make me verry confuze but i think doing this when is scared about haw feeling himself . If they feel same intensity like Div fem i can understand why they run . Man in generaly no wish people see they are vulnerabile in front women .

You'll only know once you heal what is driving the obsession. Your Twin Flame is attracted to you naturally when you are loving yourself. That is why you must do the spiritual work to heal TF separation.
