I used to have friends like this , they were all college professors and I was their hair dresser and then they moved on to better paying positions but I'm still here now with no friends , which has for me created a different and lonely life , if only able to go back , it's been so long and I'm forgetting who I was during those times . Endless days with empty houses other than stacks of books filling up the floor space , I miss those friends greatly .
Pay attetion to people, you are probably more near than you think of your new friends. Everything has a beguining and an end. You old Friends are not dead tteu are doing fine be Happy for them and don't worry. Nostalgia IS nice for while but is a mind trick to stay and not move you yo the Next chapter of your life. Maybe it's the BEST one. Who knws? BEST wishes
