Never did I think I'd want a knife this size. But I think you changed my mind. And, Michelle's comments throughout this video were awesome! Love how you two work together!
We cooked Thanksgiving yesterday for family and it was hilarious because we are picking at each other the entire time. I did use this knife for all of Thanksgiving and it was unique. More chopping and less rocking. I tried to do some rocking. It was a chopper
Thank you. I thought it was strange that they called it that but that's what they do call it. It doesn't quite feel as tall as a regular nakiri. It's a nice knife. Thank you! Thank you for your support!
I’ve had many knives come and go, still have some that are far more expensive than my Tinker Tank but the Tank is the last knife I’d ever sell. It’s perfect for me. Mine keeps its edge forever…I think these are pretty hard, at least 64 HRC
Now that the video has been shot I am going to it to kinda get used to it. Thank you for your support. I'm glad to hear from you. It's performing very well.
The chinese cleaver is just so pretty, they are so versitile we have a Vietnamese restaurant in town and the Chef use only his cleaver He dosent need a tip for anything.
Yes sir I agree with this statement. I haven’t seen this video in a long time so if I didn’t do it, I apologize. I was aware of that, but I definitely was not familiar with cutting a pineapple.
I'm a big fan of Kevin. We are friends. I don't know if you saw our interview but he had a great time. He wrote me personally that he had a really good time on the show. My inspiration was actually from my buddy Frankie who did a video. I haven't seen Kevin's video on this knife. If there's some similarity or something funny then I have yet to know about it but I'll have to check it out.

I think I didn’t want to waste pineapple, so I was trying to figure out the best plan of attack, considering it was my first time cutting one
nice knife. should try a full size sugimoto, full size cleaver is probably the most versatile chef knife.
I'll have to look into that. Thanks. Send me a link if you would like. I appreciate it!

I’ve been looking for one of those no luck so far. Love the banter also, but listen to your wife when she’s telling you how to cut a pineapple.

You have to admit that knifewear inspired you to do cleaver video :D
