100% agree. over washing your hair is damaging. shampooing takes out your natural oils and makes your hair dry and dull. Most 'branded' shampoos also have a lot of plastics in which in short term may look good but in the long run it's too heavy and unnatural and snaps your hair:( also about 2 years ago i completely cut shampoo. only condition and mask... results are amaze :) Chaz Dean ... Wow in high school I would wake up at 5 am to shower do my hair and makeup and end up leaving at 7:50 for a ten minute walk to to class 😂 I totally regret that I barely had time to grab snacks and food and leave out the door lol

I know this will sound crazy but I was diagnosed hypothyroid and I am healing my thyroid with a naturopathic dr. I would lay in bed 24/7 no energy now I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. I think you should think about it because they get to the root of the issues and heal the body rather than just treating. Just my personal experience hope you feel better
1 suggestion, before exercise 3 baby carrots, 12 raw almonds to keep the balance in your blood sugar. Thennafter workout your breakfast. My nutritionist told me so i dont get jittery or weak during the work out. Also pls wash the black berries:) before you eat. Great house, great habits, welldone.

Friends, coming from someone who has never had cavities and has had dentist after dentist compliment my teeth. 1. Floss, floss, floss. 2. Use an electronic toothbrush, but if you can't, ensure you get a good toothbrush 3. Brush your tongue, bad breath comes froms the tongue, not the teeth. 4. Get your teeth professionally cleaned by a dentist every 6 months at the least. Brushing alone will not work
Have you notice any change in your hypothyroid levels since using the oils. I went and purchase some organic oils and roller ball and have been using them along with my medication. I go back this week to get my levels checked. I don't think I have been using the oil blend long enough to notice a change but sure hope it works. What type of diet are you following for your hypothyroidism?

Although I dont have a thyroid issue, I do have MS & a brain tumor(my 3rd) I do believe some of us for whatever reason have bodies that cant fight that stuff off which explains why one person has issues from something like types of foods, to say implants.

you're only meant to wash your hair like 3 times a week anyway and washing your hair also strips your hair from all its natural oils which is actually bad, if you get oily hair from not washing my mum bought me that you can just brush it through your hair and if you use the right brush and everything your hair will just look shiny and natural

I never understand why people brush their teeth first thing in a morning, then drink coffee and eat breakfast. The last thing you do at night is brush your teeth before going to bed, so if you don't eat anything during the night, why do it first thing in a morning there shouldn't be anything to clean. I brush my teeth after breakfast, that way a) my morning coffee/breakfast doesn't taste of mint b) then your teeth are cleaned after eating food not before.

When you mentioned them i couldn’t help but be a tad worried-thank you for being smart and realizing that, while they may help on a very minimal level, essential oils are NOT a cure for whatever problem you may be having! Can’t wait to see more of your content!

When brush my teeth I play a childhood song from The fairly OddParents 'My Shiney Teeth and Me' by Chip Skylark. It's a 2 minute song but I play it twice while I brush my teeth because I dance or hop around.....it's very catchy..... It makes me happy so who cares!! 😁
