Hi Guys, Learn how to fix no bootable device error in Acer Laptops.
You can follow the complete video for better solution.
The "F12 Boot Menu" must be enabled in BIOS. It is disabled by default.
Hot keys for Boot Menu / BIOS Settings.
Here's the simple fix to that.
1. Restart your laptop.
2. As soon as you see the "acer" logo coming on the screen, press F2 key.
3. It will take you to the bios screen. Now, from the bios settings, change your boot method from UEFI to Legacy. ...
4. Press F10 to save and exit bios. Now your laptop will boot normally.

all of these tutorials don't work for me I follow them and it brings me back to the " no bootable device - insert disk and press any key" like all of a sudden I was playing a game and then I turned off the computer properly and then when I came back to turn it back on like 5 hours later it showed the "No bootable device " like I think I have to get my computer rebooted.
You need to re install the Windows.

But I want to mention that I didn't have to go to bios.. once I powered on the laptop and pressed FN+F2.. computer automatically booted.. not sure if that a normal behaviour..

It partially worked but now I'm stuck with a black screen with message of about 6 lines telling the soppyright, patents realtek pci GBE, exiting pce rom and finally insert boot disc and press any key. All the parts are inside yet it does not work.
Ok, go to the bios settings again and tap on the last tab. There is an option of reset to default, click on it and press f10 and then enter. Hope this will work for you.
You need to reinstall the Windows.

Hello! Sir whenever I open my laptop it shows no bootable device every time I've to boot it and then I can use it.
Please give me permanent solution how to resolve this issue 😢😢
Go to the bios settings and change the boot order to the hard drive instead of external usb drive.

Start krte time Fn+ F2 press krne pe screen black ho rahi hai any solution?
That means you need to re install the windows. It is asking you for a bootable pen drive.

Try with f2/f10/f12 with Fn key and without Fn key as well.
Sata mode not visible, pressed ctrl + S .. still not enabled ... Can you please help
Go to the bios settings and change sata mode to AHCI mode.

1:52 there’s no SATA mode on my laptop. Here Wake on LAN, Touchpad, Lid Open Resume and D2D Recovery options are shown.
Laptop shows acer logo and then blank screen for few seconds and then restart , like a loop..help please

Hi, I set the sata mode to ahci but still the error is coming...and in the boot option i cant choose anyother mode than uefi...as there is no option...please help🙏
There is an option of secure boot, you need to disable it first. After that you will be able to change the UEFI mode to legacy mode.
Legacy option is not coming. What to do brother??????? ☹️
