They outdid their VSU edition of Showgirls with that Blade In The Dark. Fantastic packaging. Great haul!
Oh yeah Blade in the Dark is easily on par with any of their VSU box sets. Just stellar quality. When they first revealed the packaging, I was so glad that I had pre-ordered it when I did. Such a cool, unique design.

Hello Fuzz, that's an awesome haul. I would like to do more VS titles but they're getting pricey with the exchange rate and shipping. I picked up Showgirls and it was close to $70.00 Canadian by the time I was finished. Great quality though. I plan on seeing it this weekend. Great video. Have a really good weekend!!
Thanks Jim! Yeah I can imagine it gets pretty pricey shipping to Canada. That sucks. Very cool that you got Showgirls though. I'm sure it's going to look amazing on 4K, with all the neon and vibrant colors in that film, etc. That's definitely on my list to pick up now. I hope it stays in stock through Black Friday.
VS is an interesting label. Best bet is definitely to check out people's recommendations on what to get. Love the packaging for A Blade In The Dark. Ticks seems like some cheesy fun. Cool pickups! I'm still waiting on my order to ship.
Yeah the recommendations of others on RUclips have absolutely been invaluable to my Vinegar Syndrome journey. The films they carry can be so hit-or-miss. But I've also found some great gems too.

@@mirandasmoviemadness That's cool! They're probably the only boutique that I order from directly with any consistency. The shipping times can take a bit of getting used to (they definitely require some patience LOL), but outside of that, they really are a great boutique label. Excellent customer service and attention to detail all the way around. They have quickly become my favorite boutique, and I only discovered them last year. For me, their restorations (and packaging) of Amityville Horror and Road House are what really locked me in as a potential long-term customer. I think they do some of the best restoration work in the business. Their business model is a little quirky and takes a bit of getting used to, but once you've been through a few sales with them, it all starts to fall into place. I'll be putting out a longer video on Vinegar Syndrome probably on Tuesday, just because I find their rise to be so intriguing. I think VS is trying to go more mainstream and get licenses to some bigger titles, so it will be fun to see what comes next from them. Thanks for watching!
