Rabbit, that record player looks like one that goes into those older coffee tables, lift top,and there's record and 8track or something like that. I'm pretty sure.
The white restaurant dishes are Sysco. Desirable and sell well. You have a great locker and should do well with it. Just don’t junk anything until you research. You’d be surprised at what is desirable these days 😮.
Such a great video. I love seeing more of the auction operations. We’re getting so many videos about the sale. It’s about time to get more auction videos. Big fan. 😻
Those Vision dishes were, I believe, the first clear cooking pans you could use on the stove. I remember seeing it advertised in magazines in the late 80's, maybe?
Love the storage unit vids! Been hooked since the one you found full of weed of the month boxes full of pipes One day you'll find another like that and I'ma be here to buy them from you, lol
Me! Me! Dude, you admit when you don't know about the value of stuff. Stop dissing records. I'll be glad to take those "unknowns" off your hands for a buck apiece.
From just looking at the trunk like this I think it is old but not superold and that it had all the hardware etc repainted. Never the less, it´s decorative and someone will buy it if you put it in an auction. You might get 100 dollar, you might get half, or double... The dogs in red and green tissue paper, I think those are antique. They are either to have on each side of a mantelpiece or they are bookends. The blue and white dog is one of a pair, could be "Delft" or english, look it up. Pinoccio, depending on maker and age that one could be about 100-250 dollar.
You better check really good, some of that stuff is worth a lot. Don't rush...Jungle book is worth over 50 bucks for 1 example. That trunk could be worth over $1,000 alone not counting the vintage hats!
For some of those small things like the inflatable Schlitz ball and records why don’t you try putting them up for auction on eBay first with a higher minimum bid to see if there are any collectors out there before you try the local auction? I feel some of that stuff would have collector appeal, that if it doesn’t sell on eBay, then put it in the local auction.
The gold on the trunk has been repainted but a solid trunk 75-200 depending on your local trunk market, Tiffany did make lamp shades but 99% of their work is signed by the company
It was a thing in the 80s to 'refurbish ' old trunks. I watched my mother cut out all the old leather and whatever else to get to the raw wood. Then, paint up the metal and cover the entire thing with polyurethane. She even glued vintage look fabric to the inside of one then polyurethaned the heck out of that. They were used as coffee tables and end table...a total trend everyone was doing. Then it died, and you couldn't give the trunks away. They were piled in a back bedroom and the estate people told us they were worthless cause no one wanted them any longer. Now they are getting hot again.
If there’s a three year wait for an antique booth why don’t you look for a suitable building and start your own giving you first choice of the space and another income stream probably get higher prices than you auction ?
How many booths could you get in the building including two for yourself? They work over here in uk like a cooperative where the tenants pay a rent and then work on a rota to keep rents down or centrally staffed and a rental plus a commission as I say gives you another income stream and somewhere to push bigger items through also somewhere to leave fliers for your warehouse sales
Hi John I looked all over your eBay store and I can’t find the robot I saw in your locker in this storage locker. The robot is the one tv show called lost in space ??? I want it really bad and hope you still have it please let me know thank you and I’m your fan on RUclips Ronald Farrier
Real Tiffany lamps sell for $25,000 to $150,000. The lamp is definitely not a Tiffany, as I can tell at a glance, and it's not a modern Meyda repro of a Tiffany either. I would say it's probably a 20s or 30s commercial piece on which someone has put new electrics. Lamps like that typically go for $50 to $100.
Through the entire rummage of the unit, I had to keep reminding myself that he will sell these great things to people who would appreciate them. If only he would slow down and take some time to appreciate more than the money. He is a smart guy but doesn't know there is more to life. Maybe some day....
The lamp is NOT Tiffany. Dale Tiffany, aka chez JC Pen-nay maybe, but that's a different company. The wicker one though is pretty awesome. BTW - Octopus' Garden isn't on Yellow Submarine IIRC; it's on Magical Mystery Tour.
@@promptcriticality6728 Not entirely, you just need to know Funko market just as you'd need to know clothing brands. As a collector it's not about having it but the journey of getting it and what it means, so I'll never just buy anything but need to discover it
You really did strike me as an intelligent man. By the way you are talking,I was wrong. Everything in this unit has good value, even the record albums. I'm only half way through this post...and I'm sure you know by now

I think a follow-up video should be you listening to all the bands you "never heardof".
You might be surprised on how many you heard before
Thanks Rabbit, nice find.
The records are fine listening from my days late 50s, the 60s, and the early 70s. Love the Animals, Moody Blues, Zombies, and the rest.
Those antique chairs look like Hitchcock, and have some value!
Oh, I love the cuckoo clock❤
That lamp is what I call a Tiff-Phony.😊
Those Vision dishes were, I believe, the first clear cooking pans you could use on the stove. I remember seeing it advertised in magazines in the late 80's, maybe?
Good storage unit and make profit easily. Loved that trunk and the jukebox 🎉
Yes, I would think the large coke bottle display would be a "good sign" there are some coke collectables! LOL
I think the dogs are bookends since they are so heavy and are a pair. The plastic in the phonograph box is the cover for the hole on the bottom.
Trunk has been refurbished
There's now 870 people singing Octopus's Garden 🤣
Never heard of the 4 tops??!!😮
Love the storage unit vids! Been hooked since the one you found full of weed of the month boxes full of pipes

That drum is amazing! I found some broken violins last year for $10 each. The trunk is beautiful, could be old but don't know.
Great vid ! Like the profit break down !!
How many people punching the air while listening to Rabbit go through the records and saying "Never heard of them. Never heard of them.." lolz

❤❤❤ Yes!!
classic rock legends but albums probably mass produced with little resale value. Probably worth putting in the auction.@JamesJohnson-ul9ox
Yes! All of those should have gone on ebay, local people got a good deal though.

I like how clean it is !
Corning Visions Cookware, John! Good sellers and a BOLO.
That hat in the box could be from the early 1920s. I have one with a dated photo of my grandfather wearing it.
John, That Crosley radio looks like one of the Catalin ones. If so, it is BIG bux.
Omg. If you like the blue mixer, use the blue mixer!! Enjoy it...its worth 'wasting' a couple of bucks if it brings you joy!
Rabbit is a BABY who had no older friends. I knew who every single one of those LPs was, but I know them from oldies radio stations.(LOL)
Dude you need to learn 60's and 70's Rock hahaha The Animals best cut was House of the Rising Son, great stuff.
Oh good another sale

OMG...Watched rest of video after my initial comment. You screwed yourself big time sir. Such a rush to flip stuff that you lost thousands. :(
Dude, listen to those albums lol.

"The Animals" is a band from the UK.

Haha you don't know the Animals, Donavon, haha from the 60's
{ have a lot of Vision. It is similar to pyrex. People love vision cookware!!
The Kitchenaide tag looks like Tuesday Morning
If there’s a three year wait for an antique booth why don’t you look for a suitable building and start your own giving you first choice of the space and another income stream probably get higher prices than you auction ?
Because a suitable building is around $60k per month to rent.

You have never heard of Eric Burden and the Animals,The Searchers and Donovan? I think they are all music icons from the UK.
Blue and white is popular
The heavy dog statues in the water box look like book ends to me
I was thinking that too
Corning ware vision set
Do some research on the old albums. They probably have value.
Are the semi empty boxes an indication of someone having gone through the unit before the sale ?
Could be. Or they just didn’t want them to get too heavy when they were moving them so they just filled them halfway.
That’s the Coca-Cola polar bear series put them in a lot you get you’ll get more than five dollars for him
Hey Rabbit
Neat
2 SOLDS ON THAT VANITY FAIR ONE 20ISH SHIPPED OTHER 11 ISH SHIPPED ....
Steger wagon worth $
What happend with the storage units with all the mega expensive medical equipment/ devices? Those must have made a massive profit.
