There is option in lively wallpaper, which will turn on live wallpaper automatically when pc is turned on, I think you should turn that on I am not sure where is it so search it in RUclips

@aayucrazy9853 bro you can upgrade your ram very easily assuming you're using a gaming laptop, check the version of ram you need for it and you can open and install it(check a video for reference). I think it will be dd4 ram in your laptop so it won't cost much as well. If you can't upgrade. Try dual booting Linux which is a headache the first time but you will love it as you keep using it. It's great for computers with less ram and cpu power.
Just turn off the live wallpaper and it will automatically get turned off, and if you wanna reopen it than open live wallpaper and automatically it will get apply

@aayucrazy9853 bro you can upgrade your ram very easily assuming you're using a gaming laptop, check the version of ram you need for it and you can open and install it(check a video for reference). I think it will be dd4 ram in your laptop so it won't cost much as well. If you can't upgrade. Try dual booting Linux which is a headache the first time but you will love it as you keep using it. It's great for computers with less ram and cpu power.
