I've always avoided linear on cod, and stick to dynamic, and OMG linear is underrated af. Just dropped my first nuke on multi in mw3. I've been a linear player on fortnite and apex, but i thought linear wasn't good in cod, but i was wrong. Keep up the grind dude🔥🔥🔥

Definitely practice with aim assist off inside a private match and fight against bots/AI. Try to aim for chest/head. After a while turn aim assist back on and you will feel more control when aiming

YOOO!!! Thats awesome to hear!!! I love my dualsense edge as well! Cant wait to see what their next pro controller will be like.... hopefully a way to customize it such as. Colors they have been coming out with and also 2 paddle option or 4 paddle option. Thumb stick colors since they are replaceable and easy to do.

I recommend it for the ability to have more features that can help your gameplay. With back paddles and software to adjust dead zones on your triggers to have faster response time when you aim and shoot. For aim I feel it will help but then again depends on the user/player. I feel it has helped me. I was pretty decent at the game with a regular Dualsense and the edge just has little more features you can use that the Dualsense can’t offer.

i have that exact issue with the "wide setting" and you are the first person ive seen to address it. I play ranked and all the COMP players on pc use wide view because it really helps, im still on ps5 and every time I use wide it zooms out like you said and I see the whole gun, sucks because this is a really important setting. rip
I noticed it when the game first dropped but thought it was just a bug but now season 2 and seeing it still happens 🤦♂️.. hopefully it can be changed/fixed!
I saw somewhere If it happens just switch to narrow view instead of wide when it happens and it should revert it to normal. From there you can change it back to fix it. I haven’t tried it myself but I will if this happens.

Yeah I was the same way! I love the Dualsense edge. But at the moment the stick module is out of stock and Sony has been quite about why they are out of stock… hopefully they are making more. May consider waiting a bit to hear from Sony on if they plan on making more stick modules.

Slide maintains sprint causes me to crouch and go prone after my slide. I spam slide bc I move around a lot. Turning off slide maintains sprint fixed that for me

Man, i see this video, run to the console and try the settings, especially the dualsense config, and run a shipment with bots, seems like its reaaaally good. Now i have to try in a lobby, as soon as i get home i will give it a try.
Also, i am playing with claw, so i dont use the pads, and i shoot with R1

Good stuff man. I run standard default sticks with a red high rise KontrolFreek on the right stick. Do you think they would have the same effect on the stick as a precision ring?
Not really, the stick allows for less movement/input required to get an action and somewhat of more control. The precision allows more control than the thumb-stick for more find adjustments while aiming. Hopefully that makes sense if not let me know
@@GOOZIEGAMING I completely understand what you mean. Nonetheless, I tried your dual sense edge with linear in game and it feels amazing. Very snappy and damn near aimbot on recoil control. I feel like the game runs smoother with a linear curve vs dynamic. Dynamic in warzone feels very laggish and off. Could be placebo, but anyways, thanks for the settings!
Do you play on ps5? Or is this PC your ps5 gameplay looks so much smoother than mine and is this 1080 or 1440p?
I am on ps5, I play at 1440@120hz... but the ps5 can only record stream footage at 1080p@60. I recently made an upgrade getting the Elgato 4k x and a better web cam and will be recording on my pc. I am in the process of learning the best settings using this equipment, but now using my pc my bitrate will be a lot stronger allowing better quality than the ps5. Maybe I can help you out.. How do you capture your footage on the ps5? and what resolution do you use?

What if I don’t have a precision ring and I’m just using the dual sense edge high dome stick what do you suggest I put for the negative number
-2 or -1 would be a start and then adjust to what feels best. Maybe start at -1 and work your way down. The more you go down the more loose it will feel. As you go up to the + it will feel more stiff.

You can use the game settings with in Call of duty. But the dualsense edge settings you can only make customizations on the PS5 unfortunately. PS5 has a software installed allowing to customize the controller settings. Thank you for the compliment on my aim!!! Practice in private lobbies with bots/AI and turn on aim assist completely and fine tune your aim with raw input and you will see a difference overtime when you practice this way.

@@omikurita it’s a Kontrol Freek. Just higher in height. I was using a standard height at first and now using the higher one. Using the word higher a lot in this sentence 😂. I believe the ones I am using are the “Galaxy FPS performance thumbsticks”

I am using the Vortex grips by Kontrol Freek. The highest level/height they have on the right stick
Those the same settings for warzone or just multiplayer?
For both WZ and Multiplayer. You can lower Field of view for multiplayer being you don’t necessarily need 120field of view and can utilize the lower input lag at 105-110 field of view. Don’t have to but it can help with input lag. WZ is a must of 120 field of view due to a lot going on at once and bigger map

bro ,but why the edge feels so bad compare to regular dualsence at least in COD even with your settings that do make a difference cause it feels more like a regular dualsence but still something off
It could be the software with sony and call of duty not lining up? Dualsense and the Dualsenseedge are different controllers from hardware to software. Same thing would be for xbox controllers and scuff and other pro contollers. I hear a lot good things with Scuff but their durability on wear and tear is horrible. But i agree something does feel different but not enough to where it effects my gameplay.
Fps drop on new map? 😢
Frames will drop with in the game in general. It’s been tested on 120 field of view on consoles that frames will drop between 112-116 depending on what’s happening which WZ has a lot of things happening at once. With in multiplayer to get the best frames possible 112-115 field of view is optimal or best to use so you keep more frames and starting between 115-118. But field of view is needed with in WZ and not as much in multiplayer. Hope this explains and helps. If not let me know
@@GOOZIEGAMING i have 105 fov and still drop fps, above 100. In some place very laggy 59fps. Rezolution is 4k , fidelytifx 100%, on deman texture off.
