Handful of curry leaves, 1tp of black pepper,cumin and fennel seeds to sauteed in dry pan

Later grind them coarsely in the mixey. Now add some coconut/sesame oil. Heat the oil and add mustard seeds in the oil. Now add 1 onion chopped,salt as required, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, 2 pinch of turmeric and red chilli powder as required. Saute them well and add mushrooms to it. Saute the mushroom well and add capsicum if required it's an optional. Now add curry powder and the curry pepper powder we made in the pan... Saute for a min and the dish is ready
