Mushroom - 2 packets
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 1
Ginger galic paste - 1 tbsp
chilly powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 1 tsp
saunf - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
curry leaves - few

Just now try this recipe. Here in USA heavy snow storm. Today data is 15 Th of February morning 8.48 am. Came out very tasty. Adding fennel seeds powder is enhancing the flavor and taste. Though I am 60 years still learning from you. We are from Srilanka. We also use fennel seeds most of our recipes . For this cold climate this dish and chapati is heaven. Thankyou very much.
