    Thanks for this quick, simple tutorial! Just designed my business cards in Canva and was wondering how to best print them on cardstock myself. Question answered! 😊

    Thanks this was very helpful.. but which printer do you use? What is a good printer to print these from that isnt too costly in your opinion?

      Hello @humbledayz4129 ,
      the printer I use at home to print my cards is
      => HP Tango Smart Wireless Printer
      The HP Tango works for me. I can print from my tablet, smartphone and laptop. However, it only prints one side, it does not print double sided. If you want to print double sided you have to insert 1 page at a time.
      Here is the Amazon link if you want more info.
      HP Tango: amzn.to/3Xlo6tr
      I have purchased an Epson printer for one of my brothers and he is very happy with it. He has a small business and prints his cards on the Epson-Ecotank printer.
      Amazon link for Epson- Ecotank ET-2800
      amzn.to/3Xlo6tr
      There are a lot of printers that are economic and do a great job.
      To be honest, I would recommend going to Amazon and looking up printers with 4 stars and up. Read the reviews and then decide which one works best for you.
      I hope this helps! 😊
      Sincerely,
      Susana

      In regards to printing double sided on Cricut I would not know. I don’t have experience using the Cricut Machine.

    Hi, awesome video. The back of my card is still not aligned properly when printed. Any suggestions?

      Hello @anikaadderly5151 ,
      Make sure to zoom in on the cards and make sure the cards are touching the edge of the guides, all around. Before you click on the print button, make sure to have your cards print on the original size. Don’t scale the cards( at 80%, etc). Hope that helps.

    Hi there, thank you for the tutorial, I’m making footy cards that are all different. My question is, the ruler lines to line up the design, can you have more than one per page? I would like to have at least 6 different designs per page. Hope I make sense, thank you 😊

    • @cucudesignstudio
      @cucudesignstudio  День назад

      Hello @rhiannonwilson7516 ,
      you can add as many guide lines (the purple lines) as you would like. Yes, you can print different sizes of cards on a page.
      I would suggest to have all the cards the same size per page. All the cards that are 2x3.5 inches on 1 page, cards that are 4x6 inches on another and so on.
      Hope this helps!
      Sincerely,
      Susana

      Hello @deannavae25 ,
      If you go to minute 2:16 you will see on on top of the page say, “Page 2- Add page title”. Click on “add page title” and enter whatever name you would like the page to say.
      Hope this helps!

    So when the front and back print, will they be on the same piece of paper? And how do you do it so it is on one sheet of paper?

    • @cucudesignstudio
      @cucudesignstudio  3 месяца назад

      Hello @janaf.7833!
      Yes, when you print your design it should print on both sides. Many printers print on both sides. Check to make sure your printer prints double sided. If not, just load your printer with one sheet of paper and print the front side of the design. Then flip the paper and load to the printer to print the back side.
      Hope this helps!🥰

    • @cucudesignstudio
      @cucudesignstudio  2 месяца назад

      Hello @hazeleyez49 ,
      The 1st PFD option is “best for documents and emailing”. The 2nd PDF option is “best for printing “.
      I suggest you select the 2nd option when printing. My cards always come out nice.
      Hope this helps! 🥰
