Euphorbia milii is an interesting succulent shrub. On one hand it is toxic and covered in little thorns. On the other hand it blooms the cutest little flowers that will brighten your day. In this video I picked up a Euphorbia milii from the Lowe's plant clearance and set it on its right path the health and blooms.

I’m obsessed with your plant rescue videos !! it’s crazy how you bring them back to life like that !
Thanks for watching!! I love doing plant rescues in the winter. Gives me something to look forward too! 😀
I have bee sting allergy lately, and I know how it feels. Nice rescue video by the way.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for your video! Great to see how revived your plant became!! I’m wondering what your soil mix is? …. And if you have any advice. My plant was just gifted to me by a friend & has been losing leaves. It gets a few hours of morning light but not too much sun… the temperature can fluctuate in the house but mostly remains in the 65-75 f degree I’ve seen recommended. The container can feel heavy after watering but I give it time between so it dries out. Any advice is soo appreciated!!
Where you buy this plants. I’m have all different Colore , but never see this colors. Florida
What kind of tray did you use to transplant it?
I use clay, charcoal, shale, and perlite. No organic materials. I can do my normal watering routine without worrying.
I have this plant but it has white ants and I’m wondering if I should throw it away or replant. It is beautiful thought with white flowers
White ants?? Maybe try treating it with some insecticidal soap. Spray it really well a couple times a week and see if that helps.
SuburbanSill I was trying to repot it and I broke up the soil but the plant would not fall out so I set it back down and white ants came out. The flower itself is thriving. I’m assuming it might be worms. Do you have an Instagram where I can show you?

Hi SuburbanSill, hope you can help me. I'm having a problem with my euphorbia milii; its in a sunny window and receives sun for most of the day (at lease 10 to 12 hrs). It's been in the same pot for about 2 yrs (it was my office plant until I retired). My problem is that the leaves are no longer purky, meaning that they are sagging instead of standing tall and producing an abundance of yellow bracts. I was using fertilizer for cactus/succulent plants but in the last few months have watered it about once every two weeks or so. What should I do to bring it back to it's glory? Fertilizer?
What color are the leaves? Do they perk up after you water? Is the stem still firm or is it soggy? You can DM me a photo on Instagram @suburbansill I’d be happy to help you with a diagnosis!
Use some bonemeal, plenty of sun and water. Should flour a lot.
Love that! Thanks for the tip.
I got a huge one that I need to cut back. Manx my god it loves water
