Did you use a CO2 or N2O charger for the whipped cream? That is my favorite especially with real vanilla.

The foaming and infusion techniques were the ones that interested me the most out of all the ones you showed us! Hoping to figure out how to make the foam from Oga's cantina and other fun stuff for my home bartending. Thanks for another amazing video!!

    Another great video!
I think my favorite technique is the infusion. What an awesome way to get some flavor combination going! I've used a sous vide for this before but I would love to try it out your way.
Big style points for the carbonated fruit, that is really fun!

the foaming and infusion are pretty cool. I use the infusion and regular whip methods fairly often, but the gelatin foam has certainly given me some ideas

How cool is this thing?! I had no idea there was so many different uses! I would definitely use the whipping technique the most because of all the different flavored whipped creams I could make! Chocolate or peppermint for hot cocoa! Baileys or frangelico for on top of Irish coffees, matcha whipped cream on top of strawberry ice cream! My creative juices are already flowing!! Even if I don’t win I might just have to get one! Or for family for Christmas presents! Love the show!! I watch every episode! Keep them going it’s awesome!!

I am excited the most about the foaming technique since I have been wanting to add foams to some coctails..................but the infusion technique is awesome too. I have recipes that I haven't used cause they call for a particular rum infusion. Thanks for the video and the chance to win!

I work at Starbucks and we use the same tank to make our whipped creams (probably a different brand). I didn’t realize there were multiple uses for the device! I would love to have my own so I can experiment all the techniques shown! My favorite is the whipping technique since it’s the only one I’m familiar with. Never going back to canned whipped cream!
