try desable windows update, and maybe windows defender, bouth of them take a lot of cpu and ram, if you only desable windows update problably will gain some fps

HD 2000 and HD 3000 are part of the second generation, HD 2500 and HD 4000 are part of the third. Valorant needs Directx 11 and the second generation only has Dx10.

Idk why i myself as a laptop user didn't care about temperature

have the same specs i3 3240, intel hd 2500 but with 8gb ram and it runs smoothly with low settings
got i3 11th gen 4gb and an ssd, will it be smooth with low settings?

When U start playing it will automatically drop.. and believe me if start playing it will drop down to 20 to 30 fps... Im using the same specs..
