The Opus +executive

The Opus by Zaha Hadid became one of the most eagerly anticipated buildings to have been created in Dubai over the course of its extended construction period.
One of the lesser known facets of the project is the role BSBG played as the executive architect, working alongside developer Omniyat, contractor Multiplex and with the Zaha Hadid design team to facilitate a number of demanding project and design requirements - none more challenging than the repurposing of the building from a purely commercial offering to becoming an mixed-use development, with the changes happening after construction had become quite advanced.
