    材料 Ingredients (四人份量 4 people portion)
    豬𦟌六百克(一斤)或腰果一百二十克 600g Pork Shank or 120g Cashew nuts
    兩個大蘋果 2 large apples
    兩個雪梨 2 Chinese pears
    雪耳二十二克 22g dried snow fungus
    猴頭菇二十克 20g dried lion's mane mushroom
    蜜棗兩粒(二十五克)2 dried Chinese dates
    無花果兩粒(二十五克) 2 dried figs
    陳皮一片(五克)1 peel of dried tangerine peel
    清水四公升 4 litres of water

    Greetings Hong Kong Dr. Anita Lo looks young.thanks mama for sharing nutritious summer soup.figs,dry dates i will change for Red dates.mushroom kind as well pricey in Manila.Hokkien Chinese in Manila don't share Chinese food secret thanks again Mama.Dr Lo and mama Cheung talked about the balance of modern research and good health tradition for complete well being.a Nice 👍 video production.

    Never tasted this soup before looks refreshing! Missed HK "lai thong" alot. Thanks for the recipes. And oh, I've tried the airfryer chicken wings recipe, it was easy and delicious 😋

    張媽媽你好,今天我也煲此湯水,但不是.用猪,而是用排骨,未買到雪梨用雪梨幹,這樣OK嗎張媽媽

    張媽媽,您好。謝謝您的分享!想請教,我也有間中落豬𦟌煲湯,但通常我是水沸後落蔬果棗等食材,待一個小時左右的中火之後,才落豬𦟌,然後再煲十五至二十分鐘便熄火收工,怕的是豬肉煮久了就「老」,很難嘴咽。您怎麼看法?

      你好👋豬展用你的方法去煲湯,可能煲完後豬展祇是熟還未夠淋呢!而且湯水不鮮甜囉!因為豬展煲夠火,甜味才會溶落湯裡,而且才會淋滑好吃哩!下次煲豬展湯你可以試試吖!謝謝支持👍😊❤️
