I agree that life in the mountains is tough but 80% of pahari are not poor. Apples and tourism se bohot hi acha income hota hai plus other agriculture activities b achi hain. The culture is rich. Also it's not important that all paharis are supposed to stay on the top. whosoever belongs to the upper Himachal area is a pahari
