The last time I was in Colombo was Jan. 2006. I am truly impressed with the growth of the city and its overall good order. Things are certainly on a massive improve in the capital. The greenery also is very impressive. Well done!!

Mostly yes. There were many areas around Colombo are under lockdown. Only vehicles passing are allowed to enter those areas.
