Stop comparing executive powers with judiciary powers !
Uploading videos with such Titles that are offensive to a particular service like the IAS, the elite service of Indian govt., Isn't a joke.
The IAS officials and aspirants never make videos like you, because they don't need to compare themselves with the judiciary powers.
Now, if a law firm is comparing itself with a service like the IAS, clearly signifies it's urge to prove that 'Judiciary is better than the Executives.
Remember a Judicial magistrate has powers to adjudicate disputes within a court room, but an Executive magistrate makes policies and runs the nation.
If you think with an open mind, whether or not a dispute can be taken under the jurisdiction of Judicial Magistrate, also partly lies under the Executives.
And plese stop comparing and uploading such videos, even a PM is answerable to the supreme judicial authority IF he makes mistakes, but there's a IF.
And That doesn't make the Judiciary a supreme Authority.
A Legislative power alongwith the Executive power runs the entire nation.
And don't forget some past instances when the parliament ripped of the statements of the SC.
There's no point in proving that one pillar of the Indian Govt. is superior than the other, everyone does their own duty, it's a democracy afterall.
N.B.: Stop hiding the number of dislikes registered in your video 😂
