Mayo is easy to make! If you have oil and eggs and a blender. Freeze dried eggs should work well!

At what temperature do you keep the room where your Cube is located? Pray y'all are keeping cool. We are in North Central TX and it's been crazy hot... Small amount of rain last night, better than nothing. 💕
Both food storage room and the other storage room is double insulated. We keep the food storage room at 73 degrees for now. We'll keep it much cooler in the fall, winter and spring.

What is the difference between the commercial vacuum sealer prima vac or whatever versus the food saver one?
The primavac is a chamber vacuum sealer, you can use many different types of vacuum seal bags. The food saver is not a chamber vacuum sealer and you have to use their bags with the special lines or ridges in them.

It's a 14qt Nuwave brand pressure cooker but unfortunately I can't find them anymore. I've been looking for some time now and can only find 12 qt pressure cookers.

Yes
What is the size of OA. 200cd...300 cc .it doesnt say?
I used 300cc o2 absorbers that I bought on line. Not sure what size the ones prep4life has, I'll have to find out.
Have you tried to Freeze Dry, Guacamole?
