*6:32** lmao 🤣🤣🤣 My favorite part! It's funny how people make a big deal out of the welt lol 🤣🤣! I can't believe the previous cobbler used crazy glue and they didn't balance the boots. You did a great job saving these boots! They look amazing!*
You did a Dr. Frankenstein on them Boots 😂. You brought them back from the Dead💀. Great Job as usual. Have a Blessed Weekend🙏🏽 my Brother. I'll be waiting on the next one. Stay Up👆🏽...
I appreciate watching cobblers that know their $hit! This RUclips channel is the best marketing tool to show people you know what you are doing. I had the misfortune of having a cobbler mess up a pair of nice dress shoes several years ago. Since then, I have only needed to have 1 re-sole and it was done by Trenton & Heath (Potter & Sons). I just bought my first pair of Red Wings - 1907! When the time comes for a re-sole, Aaron at Revive Shoe Repair will be doing it!!
I knew that you would be able to do this correctly, they look great,I wonder if the other person who tried this before you,was watching you do it the proper way,you did it again Arron.
*I'm sure it can be done if someone asks him to do it. Yes, a channel does indeed make the stitches last longer. Because when they don't have a channel, the stitches are exposed to the ground, and they are worn down over time more, than stitches that are inside a channel. Having them in a channel keeps them from being worn down quicker. Instead, the soles of the boots/boots would be worn down. If the soles are worn down enough, where the stitches eventually are on the same level of the soles (like in the video), a customer could have a resole if they wanted to at that point. That would also depend if much of the tread is gone, and what condition the boots/shoes are in.* *Also, I wanted to point something else out. For these boots in the videos, even when the stitches wear down, the customer will still have the nails and contact glue holding the soles and midsoles together. But yes, a channel is still good for saving the stitching for much longer 🙂!* *Anywho, hope this helps 😊!*
Customer brings in a pair of boots with a horrible resole job and askes if anything can be done with them. Aaron takes them and says "No worries I got this"
I live in Oakland, and I have to say every shoe repair place I've gone into around here so far has seemed really sketchy and I would expect the type of lousy repair you showed at the beginning of this video. I wish you were around here! You don't happen to know any good repair people in the SF Bay Area do you? PS: I've used acetone to remove super glue before on wood and it worked great.
Great job! You saved a botched job. I don't think those uppers were nice enough to warrant the investment that was made or is that worn surface a look?
Brother a quick question there is any solution with a iron ranger that smell like a old leather the smell is deep and strong i got it used, so i do know what's happened with this boots. Let me tell you that i tried almost everything but nothing works, bakin soda, white vinager etc etc. Thank you for read me.
Hey, I have a real challenge for you. I’ve got a pair of Speed Lace Combat boots from 1986 that have been worn for a long time. The leather is cracked out, it needs a new sole, and restitched. Do I just need to call you?

*"What a guy!!" lmao 🤣🤣🤣!!*
In my personal opinion, I think they turned out even better than when they left the factory. Excellent masterwork. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
🙇🙏🙏
6:45 maybe the other cobbler owns stock in Crazy Glue company. Maybe he gets glue for Christmas. Needs to find uses for it. 😂😂😂
What an astonishing transformation, no one should cheap out on boot with this beautiful patina.
CDMX. Hola Aáron .. te rifaste al arreglarlas te quedaron bien .. saludos

Fantastico! You're truly one of the heavy hitters in this Trade! Good stuff once more = BOOMshot!
Looks Great Aaron, keep banging out quality built boots.
great work again Aaron👍👍👍💪💪💪
Wow! That sole was just glued on. Not even stitched to the welt.
Crazy they hadn't even popped on a midsole.
Beautiful boots 🥾 and perfect resoling work 👍
3:14 that’s similar to the brass screwing machine that William Lennon in England still uses.
Great Job Aaron they look fantastic!

Fantastic content 👌 👏 👍
Truly impressive work!
I bet you would really like the knipex pliers wrench for squeezing layers together. You can even get fake ones for cheap is you want.
I have several sizes, we actually love to remove layer by layer
(I DO)

I brought my Blake stitch shoes to Aaron and he changed the welt for me. They look great thanks so much Aaron!!
This is how a real professional works
How did you get the heel to sit flat? Must be a trick of the trade. Beautiful job.
Sir you know your art.We need you inTEXAS
Damn Aaron! When you see some shoes come in from Canada, it’ll probably be me. Nicely done! ✅
🙏
Great job Aaron, how much $$ is a job like this one.
Aaron why did you replace the welt? you probably want to charge the customer more $$$$ 😂😂😂 .
I did you know!😅
I love these boots and what you did to them
Wow nice work, they are transformed! Just a question. Do you ever do a channel for the stitches on the sole, wouldn't this make them last longer?

You should have released this video yesterday. You would've brought them back from the dead on Halloween 🎃 Great job as always.
great work, im in socal, do you take walk ins?
$100 work vs $400 get what you pay for ....looks fenomenal
Nmms completamente diferente 🔥
Wow, night and day difference!
Good job
OMG!!! What a job they did! 🤦♂
Your work is worth more than the boots! 😅
So the stiching on the aole is at the mercy of the wear…how much you use the shoes..then the stitching would be gone damage?
What an improvement!
The shoes are smilling now ☺️
Muy bacanes 👍
I have a US 9D Blacksmith which fits - looking to buy a moc toe 8849 now, but I heard the last is different. Which size do you recommend?
It appears like you used a Vibram 430 heel with a different vibram outsole. What outsole was that?
what brand are those boots?
Great job! You saved a botched job. I don't think those uppers were nice enough to warrant the investment that was made or is that worn surface a look?
He must love those boots??
Donde estas ubicado mi hermano?
El que sabe sabe.
