We also need to ask: Who owns my body? Are we ready to stop listening to big corporations telling us how to look, dress & eat and to stop putting chemicals into our body that suppress our natural rhythms?

Dr. Christine, how do you know so much about this? These are amazing words. I love how you said how to appreciate your life and your life lessons. I wonder why I need to have so many learnings and it's taxing. I recently figured out I'm Balsamic born. I am taking a break from work finally knowing I need it knowing everything about how much I went through in the last few years. I am trying to be least guilty of it. It took me very long to also realize my body is already rather intelligent and I know I have the urge to eat junk food only before my period is starting or when I have fallen too sick and recovering. It's amazing how my body is already so smart. It knows when it needs more energy
Yes it isn't easy being a Balsamic moon; keen to leave your mark on society but aware others may never understand you. And yes, the premenstrual days are particularly challenging as they are asking you to surrender and rest. Sounds as if you're doing a great job!
