    Trying to understand the reluctance to engage that night makes more sense when adding the brutal cold exposure. The will flags when you can't feel your hands and feet. Very nice narration. Any ceremonies or events planned for the anniversary?

    Great video. I was there for the 157th. Got to walk some of that ground but not all of it and not with a tour guide like that. Can't wait to come back.

    Great vids, I'd love to learn more about General John Schofield. How pivotal was his role in these two victories for the Union? Does he deserve more recognition than he seems to get? What was he doing during these battles? What kind of general was he?
