Hi I use Ruida on a cutting plane, no laser, for technical reasons I had to install the software again on a new pc, I saved all the old setup, everything works except the processing with mark reading, the camera recognises all the markers, but the processing does not start, could you kindly help me?
Hello, it is not ok about engraving using marks.... camera seems use bottom left origin... user have different : example top right.. Changing on rdworks doesn't affect camera. Example insert origin top right on your software then use camera... mark x,y position are using bottom left origin! and so engraving provide issues... I saw same issue on your video : the marks position don't match the rules bed on rdworks !, so try to engrave the arrow using theses marks = the arrow will be engraved on a wrong position! @@shenzhenruidatechnologylim5388
