Why does everybody think that being hurt and feel hurt is a bad thing?! I serieusly dont get it. I get the moral of the story of course, but how it is played is going really wrong. Being or feel hurt is a part of living and learning from mistakes. It is not bad to get those feelings when you accept the situations anyway, but getting up and stay strong on your own two feet afterwards is the right way of learning and accepting the situations. Not the way of not getting or feel hurt, because that is not how human and animals do.
I think the moral is, ''If you always play the good guy in every Dhar Mann video you are in, you should play a guy that is, on face value, bad at being a dad, but is actually a struggling one.'' -Me, 2022
It’s surprising to see my favourite Dhar Mann actor change his role in playing the protagonist, that is nice, to an antagonist or the one that is doing the arguing in a skit video. I think this is great because playing the good guy in every video can get boring sometimes. Keep up the good work Dhar!
I think we need a part two to see how his life got to be after abandoning his daughter. It's a pity how reality just hit home by watching this video. My ex-husband left me with two kids three years ago. It was hard but gradually started healing for the sake of my kids and take care of them whole heartedly....thank you Dhar Mann. I loved this video.
The mom is bad too. She's too prideful. If you can't afford two donuts it is not about you, it is about your child. You absolutely should have put his ass on child support, but you let your child suffer instead?

My father left my mom when I was 11, I’m turning 15 in exactly 2 weeks. It was hard at first but I don’t miss him anymore. I know how he fooled her into taking her money, and I know all the other things he did. I learnt to appreciate my mom and everything she does for me instead of holding into memories. Great video and great message.
I’m glad that the daughter is so positive about the whole situation! But sadly if I found out that my dad didn’t want to be my dad anymore, I’d be devastated, depressed, and wouldn’t stop crying for days.
Clearly the mom had it more difficult as she's the one who struggled with the expenses of supporting and caring for her child on her own. They barely got by and the mom felt guilty over barely being able to buy a simple donut for Amelia's birthday. Meanwhile, the dad buys expensive video games for the other kids while not paying A DIME for Amelia's child support.
There is a situation where a parent will terminate parental rights. Having an absent father can psychologically break you. Although the character Amelia is very mentally strong. Most couldn’t get the support needed of a father and eventually can start misbehaving in grief
@ skeleguns 10,ooo,ooo It’s easy to assume that Amelia is trying to be brave. But in reality, she might not fully understand. Him leaving doesn’t effect the family emotionally, but financially too. Amelia may have accepted it but it’s the mom whose had to struggle to support them with a job where they’re barely making enough to get by.
I was really surprised when I saw that dhar Mann didn’t make a pt. 2 to this. Usually he sticks to the unrealistic videos, or where things end good. Realistic? That’s the funniest thing I’ve heard about DarVids in a while. None of what Darman portrays in his videos depicts reality. No daughter would ever react that way if a father decided to “terminate his parental rights” after abandoning both the mother and the daughter while giving all his attention to his other kids. PLEASE tell me you’re being sarcastic.
@@jenewooyang9144 Although her father left her, all she cared about was her mom, who stayed by her side all the time, the depicted scene of how the girl moves on usually happens in the imagination but sometimes in reality.
This girl, Sofia Chicorelli Cerna is one of my favorite Dhar Mann actresses - always a super-sweet, caring person even when she's stomped into the ground. No matter how she's treated this this mature- way-beyond-her-years 16-year-old person is one of the best actresses of Dhar Mann videos .
I really, really relate to this. I’ve had many conversations with my mom like this. It’s really hard for her to be a single mom, and there’s a lot more to explain than can fit into this comment. But, essentially, thanks for making these videos Dhar Mann, especially a mix of realistic videos and unrealistic ones. It’s almost scary how close the conversations here are with my mom at times.
Hi Dhar Mann! What an amazing video! Parents who have to raise their children all alone have a very hard life. I'm 17 and have a 14 yo. brother. Our dad died this summer. I'm trying to support my mom as much as I can, but sometimes it's really hard :(
I am sorry for that! But I'm sure your dad is looking above you and your mom including your brother..and his showering you with his love and that he's proud of you trying to support your mom through these hard times! But yes don't worry I'm sure one day your family will be happy and in peace! Just don't lose hope keep fighting girl! I believe in you.. ❤️
That baby girl is golden! Her wisdom, positivity and strength is amazing and her gratitude for having a wonderful mother and having all she needs is so powerful because the average person would be fighting mad! Wow……taught me something today. You truly learn something new everyday 🙏🏽
This is one of the first videos I found interesting on Dhar's channel after a long time. Don't misunderstand me, Dhar always posts good content but not always fun, good and emotional as this one. And for Dhar, WE NEED A PART 2 !!!!!!1111!!!
Yes I agree! This clip needs part 2, Dahr Mann! Make it happen because I absolutely didn’t like the ending! Make the father regret about leaving his wife and teenager daughter! Make him beg him on his knees while crying!
as a child from a broken family, i feel the same way, my mom would always ask if i'm mad at my biological father, i always say no, because atleast he learns to be a father to his other children and he's happy
@@killphaser25 Yeah unfair and too selfless i mean dont get me wrong i love how shes happy and grateful that she has a mother to take care of her, believe me thats great that she’s grateful but saying “ at least hes being a good father to them”. bro what? so he can be a good father to him but when hes not a good father to you its okay, no thats upsetting and unfair idk who would say something like that if my father only cared about those kids and not me either, I would be crying hard and upset cause thats not fair, if my dad is terminating his parentsl rights, then i would be upset and crying you only care about them but not me?? thats not fair
I love how you always make your viewers feel good in your videos, even if it starts off sad and how you always teach them lessons they need. Keep up the amazing videos!
8:35 - this girl has the makings of a saint, but if that was me, I'd be like, that's a bunch of BS. If the guy has enough money to buy them a gaming system and a porsche car then he can do SOMETHING for his other kid. It does not have to be full-on child support, but SOMETHING. Ridiculous. The girl is almost enabling his bad behavior, actually.
That’s so sad he treated the other children better than the first one. Now he wants to give up his right, I would take him to court for all the child support he has not paid.
Same. The moment he didn't pay i would have brought his @$$ to court and made him pay. But if not and I waited until he had 2 other kids, then I would tell the judge how well he treats them and how he literally hasn't bothered to call or pay up in 3 years. Bottom line is that I would have one JUICY lawsuit!!!
I agree! As wonderful and strong as the mother is, I think she's partly to blame! She should have taken him to court and force him to pay child support. It's the least he could do if he wants to be out of their life.
This was my life . My dad decided to sign his rights away when I was 14 when it was decided I couldn’t take him for back child support( some states allow the child to) and anything he inherits I couldn’t get . I’m 26 now and let’s just say he’s messed up his life and he’s in prison now . And calls me 🙄 I’ve forgiven him of course but I remember everything
@ Atiiaa This video is unique from other Dhar Mann vids. The message is a lot sadly more harsh and realistic about how these kinds of situations are. I was expecting some flashback toward the end where the daughter is a successful adult and the father randomly shows up at her doorstep asking for money and claiming he wants to have a relationship with her.
Thanks Dhar Mann for sharing this! This story reminded me of mine growing up. I grew up seeing my mother struggle and sacrifice everything to be the best mother/father she could be. . Much power and blessings to you.
My daughters father never paid a penny in child support, luckily I had my parents who supported me and my daughter, they were the glue that kept us grounded, happy and a loving family. ❤️
For the first time this video hit hard and had me feeling mixed emotions It’s an eye opener not just for me but moms and dads raising children on their own I’m speechless but in a good way as if it’s hard to digest because the reality of it is this sort of thing happens on a daily basis Great Job Dhar Mann for the first time in watching all your videos you delivered a video which many can take in so many ways
What hit me hard is the dad not having true remorse for neglecting Amelia while prioritizing only the other kids. Then having the nerve to release himself from the responsibilities of being her dad. If he's able to afford Ps5 games for the other kids, why can't he pay money to help support Amelia. The mother is right, she shoudve talking him to court a long time ago.
@@Movietuff Bingo!! This video is totally unrealistic that the daughter acting so positive about her dad not acknowledging her n her bday n buying expensive gift for the other kids n not letting them know she is one of his kids too, also giving up is status as her dad. In real life that girl would be hurting crying and everything.
8:57 she (Amelia) seriously reminds me of me tbh. She looks at it at all angles and is grateful with what she has and doesn’t care or matter what isn’t around.
I love how the mom at the first gave her daughter a single fun life honestly, you don't need money to make your life happy you can do many more things without money though lets all give a quick thanks to Dhar mann for making videos and helping the world to get a better place ☺
That's not how that works, lol. If you can't buy two donuts on your daughter's birthday, you can't afford other stuff either. Like health insurance, or college. The whole 'you can be happy when you're poor' is always either said by poor people so they can cope easier or by rich people so they feel better about being selfish assholes. The father was clearly swimming in money and he has a responsibility towards his kid. The lesson of the story was essentially :don't file for child support, leave the poor father alone and just struggle financially for the rest of your life instead.
This video reminds me of how my father walked out on my mother and us four kids when we were still young, and he didn't pay child support either, except that my mother took him to court and of course the sorry judge was a male who only had my father pay a little bit of child support. Thankfully when we moved to Dallas from Tyler, judge Sarah T. Hughes made him pay all of the back child support and then the up to date money too. Our mother used the money to buy us clothes and food. So this particular episode hits home with me.
Amilia is such a great daughter and she still loves her dad and cares so much for his happiness while her dad doesn’t even care about his first child and didn’t even bother to call her on her birthday she doesn’t deserve a dad like that she deserves a dad who cares for her oh well at least she has her mom and that’s all that matters
Man, I would have just sued him and taken alimony from him It's really weird to even say things have been complicated when he's giving expensive gifts to his other children ;-;
My biological father left my mother before I was born. Another man adopted me and became my father and he loved me unconditionally and we’re very close and still to this day, and I love him with all my heart and soul. To my beautiful sons, In case you’re reading this please understand that I have not forgotten about you neither has your stepmother. We both love you both very much, and we miss you very much. We will be reunited through God’s time
I was suprised that this video is actually whats happening to me right now.. My mom acted exacly like Amelia's mom Thank you for the message Dhar Mann , it really helped me a lot ❤️
Dhar's Storylines are getting more and more complex, and I love it! From people starting their own bakery, to people stealing packages from "RedEx", these videos never fail to entertain us!
As long as someone is a great parent to their new family, that's all it matters because you have one awesome parent left that's there for you. Thanks Dhar Mann for this video!!!
@ Treveon Scott Sorry but that logic doesn't slide!🙅🏽 If he's capable of being a good parent to the other kids, he's capable to being a parent to his first daughter. Period!!!! At the very least/bare minimum, he SHOULD be obligated to pay child support and care about his first daughter to at least call every so often to see how she's doing. The mom is a grown woman who can take care of herself, but everything parents do matters to the child and will affect them in the long run.

Same. I wanted a good ending but sadly this video is realistic. Not all people can change 🙁 Thousands of kids went through this every day, some parents are shithead who abandoned their child and never look back or had any regrets

This story is completely relatable. And gives me every answer I have been searching of. Thanks Dhar Mann for amazing realistic videos. 🙌❤️

Kudos to Dhar Mann for showing so many different aspects of life and inspiring us to be a better person. Keep up the good work
This girl's acting has always been SO GOOD. Her facial expression, the way she delivers her lines. She's gonna be a superstar!

This girl, Sofia Chicorelli Cerna is one of my favorite Dhar Mann actresses - always a super-sweet,
caring person even when she's stomped into the ground. No matter how she's treated this this mature-
way-beyond-her-years 16-year-old person is one of the best actresses of Dhar Mann videos .

Oh man, I thought the same! Some of the sentences the mom said are exactly the words mine does.

Hi Dhar Mann! What an amazing video! Parents who have to raise their children all alone have a very hard life. I'm 17 and have a 14 yo. brother. Our dad died this summer. I'm trying to support my mom as much as I can, but sometimes it's really hard :(

as a child from a broken family, i feel the same way, my mom would always ask if i'm mad at my biological father, i always say no, because atleast he learns to be a father to his other children and he's happy

so he can be a good father to him but when hes not a good father to you its okay, no thats upsetting and unfair idk who would say something like that if my father only cared about those kids and not me either, I would be crying hard and upset cause thats not fair, if my dad is terminating his parentsl rights, then i would be upset and crying you only care about them but not me?? thats not fair
This story really hurt me, how sad. The father had no love in his heart for his first child. Then give up any chance to know her. So wrong!
Yup, but it's best to just stop caring anymore. There's no way that a POS father would care about their first born right?
@@amylee8969 In her defense, she may have been scared of getting the law involved. I mean, would you be?
This was my life . My dad decided to sign his rights away when I was 14 when it was decided I couldn’t take him for back child support( some states allow the child to) and anything he inherits I couldn’t get . I’m 26 now and let’s just say he’s messed up his life and he’s in prison now . And calls me 🙄 I’ve forgiven him of course but I remember everything

@ Atiiaa
This video is unique from other Dhar Mann vids. The message is a lot sadly more harsh and realistic about how these kinds of situations are.
I was expecting some flashback toward the end where the daughter is a successful adult and the father randomly shows up at her doorstep asking for money and claiming he wants to have a relationship with her.
Aw sorry I can relate 2

Great Job Dhar Mann for the first time in watching all your videos you delivered a video which many can take in so many ways
What hit me hard is the dad not having true remorse for neglecting Amelia while prioritizing only the other kids. Then having the nerve to release himself from the responsibilities of being her dad.
If he's able to afford Ps5 games for the other kids, why can't he pay money to help support Amelia. The mother is right, she shoudve talking him to court a long time ago.

yep
He should treat all his kids equally and not leave one out! That makes me so sad 😞

Yeah, I feel you on that.
This is the kind of situation that you have to fight for when you are young and feel good about having a mom that has never gave up on you.

Sorry but that logic doesn't slide!🙅🏽
If he's capable of being a good parent to the other kids, he's capable to being a parent to his first daughter. Period!!!!
At the very least/bare minimum, he SHOULD be obligated to pay child support and care about his first daughter to at least call every so often to see how she's doing. The mom is a grown woman who can take care of herself, but everything parents do matters to the child and will affect them in the long run.
