They were called permanent because you keep them through multiple games. You only lose them when you meet special conditions.

To keep double pistol points you have to maintain less than 50 percent bullet accuracy per kill. It’s almost impossible to keep and not useful in the slightest if you do.

@RISk8ers I think they only work on original aswell I'm not sure if you can do easter eggs or perma perks on easy mode

I'm pretty sure it's 3 hits and you're down w/o jugg only on buried. Permajugg gives you an extra hit before going down, so essentially i'm pretty sure you got hit 4 times with the second being right as soon as you were about to regen, but not fully, but i could be wrong ab the permajugg. It's still the only map that has a 3-hit-down system.

Perma quick revive is achieved through getting 25 or 35 (I can't remember) UNINTERRUPTED revives in a row. A zombie can't hit you and you can't stop reviving once you've started.

cash back is probably on buried but you have to go prone like 50 to 70 times if you don't prone when you buy a perk the count restarts and also you did all the proning on buried so when you switched to tranzit you did not have a lot left i think i could be wrong
It is on buried. You just have to buy 50 perks then prone in front of 16 perks in a row right after purchase
You get it going prone 30 - 40 times in a row when buying perks.
It's random.
Also all perma-perks work on transit, buried, and die rise.

Cashback you get for crouching when buying perks. It takes 30+ buys without forgetting to crouch.
Tombstone you have to buy 4 perks before round 4 ends (one game). You lose it if you have it and don't get 4 perks before round 6.
Double points you have to spend 4k during double points, next double points will be 1/2 off.
You can get steel barriers before round 10. It's 72 barriers in general without missing a round of building at least 1 barrier per new round.
You lose this not building at least 1 barrier per round after unlocking it.

I don’t think anyone really knows how you lose it but I got it mixed up with the tombstone perma perk

Dude ps3 online is being shut off soon its time you jumps to Xbox 1/ps4 or Series X/ps5 I recommend Xbox because you can play bo2 with next gen loading times and shite.
