@Hawkalina: I think they were aiming for a not-that-scary Henry-esque version of a werewolf, and so we get something that looks a little bit awkward, and not too extremely intense...in part because Henry has that little bit of awkwardness to him.
For a medical institure the beds werre already stranee usually in those places are mostlx hospital beds if the patients/inmates did not payed for their own rooms (assisted living - Betreutes Wohnen )
@extroma I know. But I've never heard them called 'lycans' before, so it's a nice change. And Twilight did not originate the idea of werewolves becoming full wolves, you know - in fact, the creatures in Twilight aren't even werewolves - they're shapeshifters. The definitions are completely different, and the fact that the Twilight dudes can turn into wolves at will makes them shapeshifters. Besides, wolves are one of my favourite animals when they're NORMAL SIZED.
"Yellow, white, yellow, white" You don't happen to have a cwantom cascade laser or a gyraton kit laying around anywhere do you?" "Not right on hand no." "Damn!"
@Hawkalina ... screw twillight no going into wolves..... i agree with the way that the werewolves kinda suck (they had a better model in an earlier episode and god knows why they changed it) but lycan is the name for them, lycanthropy is the werewolf curse/disease/w.e you wanna call it
@computerguy001 Heee ^_^, I thought they looked like Spider Smith from that Lost in Space movie in 1998 starring Matt LeBlanc True, don't look like wolves, they need a more wolfy face And are they sorta bald, what's u with that weird hair growth effect they got going on
@Anecdote66 Nope, you're completely wrong. Firstly, I hate Twilight, so you don't need to tell me that. Secondly, in the old folklore they were MEN WHO BECAME WOLVES. And that's the key point. In fact, in SOME of the ancient tales they actually became a wolf and just left their human body unconscious, without any transformation thingamajig. One thing all the old tales agree on is that they became actual wolves, with all the speed and strength of those beautiful animals. Not some ugly hybrids.
okay, to settle the whole werewolf debate here's some facts about werewolf mythos. The term lycanthrope (thats greek) means Man-Wolf and it means that someone can either turn into a wolf or a HYBRID of a wolf and man. One of the earliest werewolf tales comes from Ancient Greece. One myth states that a king called Lycaon tried to serve Zeus some human flesh to see if he was really a god. Zeus punished him by turning him into a wolf. post back if you got any facts you want to share with the class
@computerguy001 Haha, alien caveman FTW!!! XD LOL I didn't even like the ones in season 1/2, to be honest. I prefer it when they turn from actual humans into actual wolves, without so much of the hybrid inbetweenness. But sadly no one EVER seems to do that!
Honestly, these are the ugliest versions of werewolves I have ever seen - and that's including Remus Lupin in the films! But Lycan is an awesome name. I likes it. I just wish they could look cooler as werewolves. How about turning into actual wolves! And the whole clothes thing...
"Oh god, I didnt really think that far ahead" ZOMG I LOVE HENRY! Best character ever.
ok i might be really late in posting this but Tesla needs his own show . being a vampire with his witty smart lines its GOLD i tell you GOLD . lol

Sanctuary didn't rip-off the term lycan from 'Underworld'. Lycan is a shortened version of the word lycanthrope, which means werewolf.

@computerguy001 Agreed. Poor Henry. No wonder he tries to hide it XDDD
I would never have told Tesla to get out. I could never control myself, I would have said "get in here, its cold and i need warming".
"Yellow, white, yellow, white" You don't happen to have a cwantom cascade laser or a gyraton kit laying around anywhere do you?"
"Not right on hand no."
"Damn!"
