- Hello Friends, Welcome to my channel. My name is Dipak Varsani. I am using Dell Vostro 15 3000 and my operating system. When I plugged in my headphones, my computer did not detect it, and it detected it as the microphone. In short, my computer detected something whenever I was plugging it in and vice versa. If you face a similar kind of problem, this video will help you fix the problem.

Hi, I am having an issue where when my computer (Dell Inspiron 15 3000) restarts, my headphones are detectable the first time I plug them in. However, after that when I plug them in, they are no longer detectable. I need to keep restarting my computer in order for my headphones to work one time. Is there any fix to this?

This was helpful but not a permanent solution. At first when I follwed all steps and restarted my Laptop it worked and my Laptop successfully detected my earphone but next day again my laptop is not able detect my earphones☹. so my question is do I have to repeat same steps everytime to connect earphones?
