@@bhaveshgupta9250 It will take time for opening of window . U can retain this seat and participate in special round that is one possibility, u can keep fresh choices also. If you don't want that seat then surrender and participate in special round.
round 3 is over there is no option for float what to do?
If you chose float in initial rounds, then it will remain constant untill u change ur opinion.

@@ponravim1509 there is no procedure mentioned in information brochure, if you withdraw from counseling. Then mostly amount will credit into ur account in which u have paid before.
