It’s a big night for Zayn Malik, who accepted his very first iHeartRadio award tonight, and although he was physically absent from the show, he left his fans with a whole lotta love.
What better way to show appreciation for your fans after a big win than with a sweet video message sealed with a kiss.
As the list of winners from tonight’s iHeartRadio Awards continues to roll in, Zayn received a special message before the show even aired, and it came in the form of shiny hard trophy. Zayn scored an iHeartRadio award in the Best Music Video of the Year category for his music video for “Pillowtalk”, and although he wasn’t able to attend the show due to being overseas in Paris, he left fans with a sweet video message posted to his Twitter account.
And being the perfect, thoughtful boyfriend that Zayn is, he even gave his “Pillow Talk” costar and real-life leading lady credit where credit was due, as Gigi Hadid made a sweet surprise cameo.
Not only does the “Pillowtalk” music video have over 690 million views on RUclips, but it features an overwhelming amount of PDA from the power couple, even giving off some serious MET Gala fashion vibes. Gigi and Zayn’s undeniable onscreen chemistry was evident in the video, buuuut it never really gets old seeing these two together and happy IRL.
