So at NIGHT i watched your video and next morning i tried it ...it came out so well thnk for recipe except for i used less oil it was good my family liked it and those big pieces of onion slices i fried and then added to it ,dipping of paneer cubes in yougurt gives it a bit of sour taste which is really tempting ....now whenver i will cook paneer i will use this process. Dear Sonia, let me tell you something. I had never ever cooked anything in my entire life (I m 38 now) but just one month back I tried to experiment in kitchen. I searched RUclips and was lucky to get your chole recipe. I exactly followed it and it was so yummy... Both me and my wife shocked as how could I become chef overnight... I m really thankful you and tonight I cooked this paneer do pyaza... Wow what a delight... It was so tasty, and now my wife is so confident of me that I can cook anything...
