      Kaplan textbook is shit. BPP is far better.

      1 share for every 2 shares held at $1 per share was the rights issue

    If rights issue is evidenced by share warrants, why is rights issue not accounted for similar to warrants in computing EPS? This is what I don't understand.

      Rights issues are not warrants (and warrants are not examinable in Paper FA).

      @@opentuition but I believe they are similar in purpose? Or they differ in what way though? Sorry, I'm just a beginner in accounting
