I wouldn’t say this tutorial is beginner friendly due to the lack of explanations or tutorials on individual stitches- and because using a smaller hook can make all the loops for the star petals more difficult. I was able to follow along with the tutorial swapping my yarn with my own little rendition but the granny square is beautiful! I used a 3.5mm hook with weight 3/4 yarns and it turned out great. Would have been better with lighter weight yarn but that’s what I had on hand 😊
This is a great tutorial. I was able to follow the pattern, however, I made the “mistake” of creating 4 squares before continuing to watch so now I have to attach them one by one. Hahaha. But it’s a great tutorial, I was able to practice the squares. I need light weight yarn though, i’m using the same yarn as you used in the video. Thank you for this. ❤
What are the measurements for the squares and triangles? You mentioned using lace weight, but in the ravelry pattern the recommended yarn is a DK. Gauge is 12sts x 12 rows but what weight and st was used to reach that gauge? Thanks. Such a beautiful pattern.
THANK YOU! You are so kind to post! I am making for my grand daughters

Where does it say that it’s for beginners?

Hello what kind of yarn did you use?
What is the size of the yarn
Hello! What yarn do you use for the actual bandana , not just for the tutorial? Brand & weight please?(:
Hi, I use lace cotton yarn. It’s laceweight yarn. I’m not sure the brand name is because I bought it at a store in my local market
@@letsyarnoveroverWhat is the weight of yarn that is suitable for this project? I guess 2 or 1?
Me gustaria escucharlo en español, no entiendo ingles, bendiciones
