Yup, I did notice that you can get a little speed boost at the beginning of the carry if you activate sprint right before picking up the box. Only save a couple seconds...but it's something. 😅
I've gotten most of mine from Bunker Bravo. I'd recommend giving it a shot during the bravo rush events if you have the gear to take it on. Other than that I'd recommend trying some of the ways listed on the wiki here: last-day-on-earth-survival.fandom.com/wiki/Cog
Cheapest way supply event, commune and junkyard you have to wait a bit of time for it though BBravo is the quickest way but you need to have good gear and firepower. :D

As a endgame player, i just need to grind for lvl 5 walls and to finish the lab. As seasons are having more and more garbage loot, probably i will just focus on lab and that sigma skin and use my 8 crane key
